About The Author (About the Book) (Contents) (About Author) (Endorsements) Cal Sutliff is a performance coach who has worked with athletes in many sports over many years including tennis, golf, swimming, basketball and especially figure skating. His mental coaching with a number of junior and adult skaters is described in detail. It includes what their between-competition mental routines were, their pre-competition game plans, what their competitive results were, and what both the coach and the skaters learned from each experience. Cal is also a management trainer who has led his firm, Cal Sutliff Associates, since 1981. He has trained thousands of employees, managers, and board members, as well as other trainers. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, smaller organizations, non-profits, professional societies, unions and a variety of government clients. Cal coaches individual managers as an executive coach, as well as figure skaters, both on-site and coaching-at-a-distance. He received his Bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Colgate University and his Master’s degree in education from New York University. |
